Hi
If I install the driver myself, the driver will be installed properly. If I install the driver with our software distribution tool, I get the following error message. Does anybody know how to resolve the problem?
Marcel
---------------------------------------------------------------------------
Setup Session Beginning 3/5/2008 - 13:54:50 PM
---------------------------------------------------------------------------
Command Line Parameters Given: /force /silent
Name: HP ProLiant Smart Array SAS/SATA Controller Driver for
Windows Server 2003
New Version: 6.10.0.32
Beginning Silent Session...
The software is installed but is not up to date.
Current Version: 6.6.0.32
- the component will be updated to the new version
Installation failed on at least one device. One of the devices may have
been deleted through Device Manager and a reboot may be necessary to
complete the driver installation for this device.
The operation was not successful.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------
End Session
