Relying on HPEโ€™s abilities enables businesses to optimize the use of IT staff, access new skills, and improve business and operational outcomes.

Through a series of in-depth customer interviews, IDC conducted research that explored the value and benefits for organizations using HPE Managed Services to monitor, operate, and optimize their infrastructure, applications, and databases.

Based on this extensive data set and using a specialized business value methodology, IDC calculated that these customers will achieve benefits worth an annual average of $3.2 million and a three-year ROI of 365% by:

  • Cost-effectively improving the overall effectiveness of IT infrastructure
    and management teams operations
  • Optimizing the performance of other dedicated teams, including those
    focused on security, development, and help desk operations
  • Improving the availability, functionality, and agility of mission-critical
    applications and databases
