HPE StoreEasy 1650 Expanded WSS 2012 R2 Storage upgrade to WSS 2016

I have HPE StoreEasy 1650 expanded running on WSS 2012 R2, I have project related to life cycle management to upgrade all the EOL OS. its the first time for me to deal with WSS. Could someone please help me with instructions to perform the upgrade to WSS 2016/WSS2019 and how to get the WSS since its not on MS catalog.
