Gen10 SPP - 2023.09.00.00 - can't download - Product Not Found or is no longer active

As per the topic. When I want to download the latest Gen10 SPP - 2023.09.00.00 - after logging in I get a message: Product Not Found or is no longer active.

Do you also have this?

Actually is far from solved. The link is redirecting to https://myenterpriselicense.hpe.com/cwp-ui/support-center... and then you get a big 

HTTP Status 400 тАУ Bad Request

And the cruel irony:

Weird.

I can download the software normally.
