HPE Insight Event Notifier unable to start service

Customer reports this error message on a windows server:

cimnotify hp event notification service unable to open registry key agent has not been configured

they've already rebooted the server, same behavior.

May we know the following details of the server:

Server Model
Windows server version
Insight Management pack version

Alternatively you can STOP / RESTART the service.

Hello, thanks for your answer, the server is DL380G7 running on Windows server 2008 r2. I'm not really sure about the version of the pack, but I'll find it out.

The service is unable to start or restart. The server was rebooted last Monday and the behavior remains.

I'm new to this customer, and I'm not familiar with this Insight Management product.
