DL360 Gen10 & DL360 Gen10 Plus
Hi Expert,
Just want to check if anyone has experience in installing CentOS version 7.9 on DL360 Gen 10 and DL360 Gen10 Plus servers.
Do the servers support CentOS Version 7.9? any issue with the performance or driver?

Re: DL360 Gen10 & DL360 Gen10 Plus
Hi @razee
DL360 Gen10 and Gen10 Plus will support RHEL 7.x, I believe CentOS 7.x also works. But CentOS is not officially supported.
Please note, that most of the RHEL drivers will work for CentOS, but not sure.
Please check the "HPE Servers Support & Certification Matrices" for more details.
Also, check Community Enterprise Linux Distributions.
You can also refer to the Support Metrics: Cent OS Minimum Operating System Requirements | Hewlett Packard Enterprise (hpe.com)

Re: DL360 Gen10 & DL360 Gen10 Plus
Hi @Greeshma21 ,
Thanks for your feedback. Do you think DL380 Gen10 Plus also supports CentOS 7.9?

Razee

Re: DL360 Gen10 & DL360 Gen10 Plus
Hi @razee
HPE DL380 Gen10 plus server minimum RedHat support version is 7.9. Refer to the document.
I believe that the DL380 Gen10 Plus will work with the CentOS 7.9 version. If any drivers missing, you can download the RHEL 7.9 driver and install it.
Regards,
Greeshma
