Resurrecting an old topic here. L3000 / RP5470 GSP Firmware Upgrade

We are trying to update the GSP on a RP5470 and need the GSP B.02.15 / PF_CCANGSPB0215. We have the 2,21 that we are going to but the step-up has to be 2.15 then 2.21

Any chance anyone has that 2.15 they can send or point me too.. I dont have a service agreement so I cant get it from HP, if they even still have it.

I cant check the portal, I don't have a service agreement so I cant get it from HP.

I ended up hunting it down and got it from an individual. So, if anyone needs 2.15 or 2.21 for their GSP update, PM me and I can send it at no cost...

Hi Jesse,

Yes, if you need that from HPE - then a support ticket needs to be logged formally on Time & Material basis (if no contract is available). 

Good for you that you managed to get it from alternative source.
