Download e-Certificate earned in 2012

My HP Learner ID is PL71790425.
Date: 2012-02-26
The certification you achieved is HP AIS - Application Lifecycle Management v11.

I am unable to retrieve a copy of the cerificate.

Can anyone please help?

For the e-certificate you need:

• Go to My Learning (login required) https://www.mylearninghpe.com/ and check if you can download an e-certificate using the Profile, Achievements and Benefits tab available from the top menu.
• If you don't find it, please contact our support team at https://certification-learning.hpe.com/tr/support.

I don't guarantee they will be able to help as this certification is old but still you might want to ask.
