Answer/Solution
FIX:

Adjusting the intrusion switch/top cover and removing the MP battery insulator resolved the issue.

If my problem is with the battery, I have to backup the nvram with the command DMPSTORE from the EFI Shell?

I have reseat Fans and Raiser cards but the system work for 8 hour and come down again.

Re: rx2800 i4 VOLTAGE_FAULT and TEMP_CRITICAL

Hi Perez,

Voltage_fault is reported for below sensor in your system.

525 ILO *5 20647D5D2F0203A8 FFFF010668020400 VOLTAGE_FAULT 03 Jun 2023 06:57:35

Sensor Number : 68 - Voltages : 1.1V VCCIO for CPU0 --> generated on SYS BD
Sensor = 1.1V VCCIO for CPU0

522 ILO *7 20647D5D2E0203A5 FFFF030755010400 TEMP_NON_RECOVERABLE 03 Jun 2023 06:57:34

Sensor Number : 55 - Thermal Trip on CPU# 0 - PROC THERMALERT

Did you performed any FW update on this server recently?
Whats the current sys fw now?

Anyhow, if system gets powered OFF frequently with same trace above - then you might need a SYS BD replacement.

Please log a case with HPE with complete MP logs so that we can assist with the same.

Thanks

Re: rx2800 i4 VOLTAGE_FAULT and TEMP_CRITICAL

Hi Perez,

Thank you.

As mentioned earlier, if system goes down with same trace (Voltage_fault for 1.1 VCCIO for cpu0) - then you might need to replace SYS BD.

Thanks.
