I can´t download firmaware of storage switch HPE SN2010M

Having the same issue, Trying to register a pair of SN2010M switches but its saying serial number not found.

HPE were of no help whatsoever in sorting this out for me... I ended up having to deal with it myself. Basically the serial numbers on these units don't match with the HPE registration. I had to get the serial numbers from my supplier invoice which is completley different to the one on the unit...
