P410 Code 776 stuck queued for rebuilding

I replaced a drive that had a signficant number of reallocated sectors in a recently built RAID 5 array. I can't seem to get the array to rebuild, it is stuck with code 776 Redy For Recovery Logical Drive 1 Queued for rebuilding. Anyone know what the issue is? I have the ADU report, but I really don't know what to make of it. Also I can't seem to attach it to this post, so if anyone wants it let me know how best to post it.
