Which tool reports kernel related vulnerabilities

Hi Team,

We download kernel from kernel.org build the image and install it on HPE DL 360 Gen 10.

I would like to capture vulnerabilities if any related to HPE or linux kernel.

Which tool I should use to capture these vulnerabilities?

Thanks for the reply. you are suggesting the fix. But If I apply the fix How do I know that vulnerability is fixed or not. 

I should use some vulnerability scanning tool ( Ex: Nessus ) . I'm asking which tool captures HPE DL 360 Gen10  kernel related vulnerabilities.

I'm unable to capture those in nessus. Could you please suggest any other vulnerability assessment tool?
